Here is where you get to learn more about me, my qualifications, and how I might help you achieve your goals. 

I am a registered nurse, nationally certified hypnotist, certified 7th Path® instructor and HypnoBirthing-The Mongan Method tm Certified Educator and, along with Anne Shuman Urban, co-founder of Delaware Hypnosis Partners, LLC. 

My Bachelor of Science degrees are from The Pennsylvania State University in Individual and Family Studies and The University of Delaware in Nursing.   In 2002 I was certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists while pursuing my advanced hypnotherapy certification as a 5PATH®  hypnotist and 7th Path Self-Hypnosis® instructor at the Banyan Hypnosis Center with Calvin Banyan, the creator of this cutting edge hypnosis program. 

I have additional hypnosis training from Health Visions Hypnosis to work with individuals who need assistance with Pain Management. I am a regular contributor for the Banyan Hypnosis E-Zine, and I am a faculty member of the National Guild of Hypnotists, as well as a national speaker.   

In addition to working privately with hypnosis clients, I teach 7th Path Self-Hypnosis® classes, Fertility Enhancement, and hypnosis techniques for Creating Abundance.  As a certified Aim for Excellence coach, I facilitate individual and group classes on developing vital skills and tools to create and live fulfilling, amazing lives.

The curriculum I use includes Empowering People for Excellence™, Empowering Families for Excellence™ and Empowering Relationships for Excellence tm.   

In serving the community, I am a regular presenter at The Wellness Community in Wilmington and Dover, DE and have been a presenter at The Delaware Women's Conference, Wilmington Montessori and Pilot schools, and RESOLVE of Honolulu, Hawai’i.   Recently, I worked with a local MTV MADE participant who used the hypnosis techniques I taught her to overcome her fear of riding a motorcycle. Early on my ambition was to be a midwife, assisting and supporting women as they brought new life into the world.  As fate would have it, my work as a hypnotist, teacher, and coach provides me with the same sense of awe now as my clients and students create new lives----their own!

Many of my clients have commented on the passion and commitment I bring to my work as I assist people in realizing their highest potential and they are able to transform their lives and begin living the life they love.
