Deb became interested in hypnosis while experiencing the positive changes that occurred in her own life using hypnotherapy and self-hypnosis. She has combined her background as a Spiritual Director with the practice of Hypnotherapy and enjoys bringing this powerful mind/body/spirit approach to others.
