I am certified by the National Guild of Hypnotists.

My interests in hypnotherapy began over five years ago when a therapist used this type of technique to help ease my grief over a loss of a loved one. Realizing that this was a very powerful tool, I pursued a career in hypnotherapy. Over the past 10 years, I have studied extensively in the pursuit of connecting with spirit and am committed to helping others realize that life doesn't end when our bodies die.

I volunteer on an Internet grief group list, Grief-Net assisting newly bereaved parents of substance abusers learning to cope with their losses. Additionally, I work with Hospice to assist the terminally ill and their families during difficult times in their lives. I also work in the drug/alcohol abuse arena to help others dealing with these life altering and threatening diseases.

After twenty years of administration work in the public sector, I find that Hypnotherapy has completely changed my life! Helping people to overcome their past, their fears, their addictions, habits, etc., and to realize their hopes and potential is the most satisfying work anyone can do! My only regret is that I took so long to make the leap!
