My first true experience of working with people came in 1991 when John, my husband was diagnosed with terminal cancer. As you can imagine, this was a time of great stress and anxiety for the whole family. I then trained as a counsellor in the USA and spent the next six years working with people with terminal illness and their loved ones.
In 1997 I received my diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and started my practice; becoming specialised in anxiety and depression and also continuing to work with people who had life threatening illness and their loved ones.
I am also qualified as an advanced clinical hypnotherapist in 5-Path Hypnosis and now specialise in ‘getting your issue resolved’. I deal with many human issues, such as:
Stress relief, weight problems, phobias, smoking, building self esteem and confidence etc.
I practice from home and welcome any enquiry, which I will answer to the best of my ability.
I am registered with the Hypnotherapy Association.
